The Webform paragraph allows you to embed a pre-existing form into your page. Rather than building the form fields directly inside the paragraph, you select a form that has already been created within the platform's central management system.

Creating and Managing Webforms

Before you can use this paragraph, the form itself must exist. Content Managers can create and manage these by navigating to Structure > Webform in the administrative menu.

Because webforms can be complex, involving conditional logic or specific email routing, the Web Team is available to help. If you have questions about building a new form or need to implement advanced features, please reach out for a consultation through the General Support form.

Configuration Fields

The Webform paragraph provides several fields to introduce your form and control its availability:

  • Headline Group: Use these fields to provide context before the user starts the form.
    • Superhead: Small text that appears above the main title.
    • Headline: The primary title for the form (e.g., "Registration Form").
    • Subhead: A secondary line of text to provide further instructions or details.
  • Webform Select: A dropdown menu containing all the active webforms on your site. Choose the specific form you wish to display.
  • Webform Settings (Status): This allows you to control the form's visibility directly from the page editor.
    • Open: The form is active and accepting submissions.
    • Closed: The form is hidden or displays a "closed" message, preventing further submissions.

How to Add a Webform

  1. Ensure your form has been created under Structure > Webform.
  2. In your page's Paragraphs section, select Add Webform.
  3. Fill out the Headline Group to give your form a clear title and introduction.
  4. Use the Webform dropdown to select the form you created.
  5. Check the Webform settings to ensure the status is set to Open.
  6. Click Save to view the embedded form on your page.
