Drupal webforms are a powerful and flexible way to gather information from your website visitors. They allow you to create, manage, and publish forms on your website without needing to write any code. Drupal webforms can be used to gather information from website visitors, such as contact information or survey responses. They can also be used to create advanced forms with multiple pages, conditional logic, and file uploads. Additionally, they can be configured to send email notifications or export data to external systems.

Walkthrough

  1. Log in to your Drupal website as an administrator.

  2. Click on the "Structure" menu item in the admin toolbar, and then select "Webforms."

  3. Click on the "Add webform" button to create a new form.

  4. Give your form a name and a description, then click on the "Save" button.

  5. Next, you'll need to add fields to your form. You can add fields for text, email, phone number, checkboxes, radio buttons, and more. To add a field, click on the "Add Elements" button, select the field type you want to add, and then enter the field label and other options as necessary.

  6. Once you've added all the fields you need, you can then configure the form settings such as email notifications, access control and form behaviors.

  7. Finally, publish your form by clicking on the "Save" button at the bottom of the page.

  8. Your form is now live on your website and ready to collect information from visitors. You can view the submissions by clicking on "Results" menu in the webform list page.
